Richard was awesome to work with! He came through on short notice, was honest, and did an immaculate job on getting our car fixed up from dents and scratches. With his careful work, you wouldn't be able to tell we ever had any dings. Thank you for coming through for us and we know exactly who to reach out to! Would highly recommend!

My newer car had been dinged several times on the passenger rear quarter panel so I reached out to Richard at Straightline after finding him online and he did an EXCELLENT job. It's like it never happened! Richard does excellent work and took car of my car. His attention to detail is unmatched.

Richard did amazing work. Too bad the hubs was home or he wouldn't have ever noticed the door ding. Lol

Called on Thursday. Came and fixed on Friday. Beautifully executed service!

Several weeks ago my car was hit and dented by an unknown flying object while driving down Parker Road!
I took it to my auto body shop and he suggested Paintless Dent Repair. I'm so glad he did. I looked online and found Straightline Hail and Dent Repair. Their customer reviews were great, so I gave them a call. I talked to Richard, sent him some pictures of my poor car hood and he said he could fix it.
Took it this morning and two hours later my car looks beautiful. I can't see where it was dented and neither can my husband!

A few weeks ago we had a bad hail storm in Dallas and my car got hit! I looked up and called several places and either they were booked up for months out or just acted like they didn't have time to talk to me! I called one last place and talk to Richard and he was so nice and actually took the time to talk to me and explain everything they do. I said yep that's the place I'm going and took my car in a few days later! Richard only had my car alil over 2 weeks but he would call and text me to give me updates on how things were going! I would highly recommend this company to anybody! Richard did an amazing job on my car and it looks better now then it did before the hail storm! Thank you so much Richard!

Best experience with the greatest concern for customers satisfaction. The work done to my truck was impeccable and detailed. They took care of all the insurance details. My truck was cleaned on the inside to like new condition, just can't say enough. If you need dent repair , I strongly advise you start here with Straightline. They even picked me up at rental car return with my like new truck.

The wind got ahold of my car door and slammed it up against the barrier at the gas station. Called Richard and he made it out to my house within 30 mins! After getting a reasonable quote, he scheduled us a couple of days later. He was on time and worked hard to completely remove the ding on the body line. You can't even tell a dent was ever there! I'd definitely recommend Richard to a friend.

When it comes to perfection work, give Richard @Straightline a call to get his opinion and the expert service! I am very happy to have his service on my RX450H. He took his time to fix all the imperfections to perfect and mine was a hard case to fix. The before and after pictures for review. Thanks again!

My truck suffered some pretty gnarly dings and dents from a recent hail storm. The team at straightline was not only amazing at the repairs, but they walked me through every step of the process! I never felt concerned or worried at any point, as they were always on top of any updates and maintained consistent communication.

Fantastic work!!! My Dodge PU was severely damaged by the recent hail storm. Richard and his guys were absolutely true professionals, friendly, and my truck looks brand new. I recommend him above and beyond anyone in his field. He is a real craftsman and a great guy!!!

Richard saved my all original classic Mustang from being a bondo'd out hooptie. I've never seen a more skilled and detail oriented PDR professional. My fender was literally a crushed beer can and now it's as straight as when it rolled off the assembly line. I drive two hours one way because Richard is just as meticulous as I am. Would highly, highly recommend Straightline PDR!

Richard repaired a difficult horizontal crease on the front passenger door of our Tesla Model Y and the result was amazing - the dent was completely removed and the door looks as good as new.

My wife accidentally closed the garage door as I was backing out. Pushed the shark fin antenna into the hood! It could've easily been a $2K job to repair. Richard was able to fix the dented roof without destroying the PPF over it. It cost half of what we were expecting. Anybody else could've taken full advantage of that damage. Looks like nothing happened to it now!

Richard is a dent magician! He removed major dents on body lines when most PDR shops turned me away. Richard's professionalism is above reproach as well as his skills. I've used Straightline PDR several times and will continue to use their services in the future.
